Conference Notice
Registration Info
1.Each delegation should be formed by three participants upmost, and would be representing a country together.
2.The representing countries of participants would be assigned to them by The Association for Diplomacy Research. We would finish announcing all the representation by the 27th of April 2008.
3.Registration closes at five p.m. on the 25th of April 2008.
4.The conference fee would be 850 NT Dollars. The conference fee is not refundable.
5.On the 27th of April 2008, Sunday, The Association for Diplomacy Research would hold a pre-conference in campus. For those who have never participated in any other Model United Conference, we strongly recommended you to participate.
Conference Info
1.The Dress code for the three day Model United Conference would be formal wear; gents will be expected to wear suits and ties; business suits or skirts for ladies as well.
2.The Diplomatic Soiree, which would be taking place in the evening of the second day of the conference, will be very formal. Anything that may be worn to semi-formal parties will be appropriate.
3.The Official Language of the three day conference would be English. Chinese speaking is strongly restricted during these three days. Also, the documents such as position papers, working papers and draft resolutions would also be written in English.
4.During the three day conference, participants would be asked to remain their courtesy, any rude or boldness behaviors behaved in the conference, one would be expelled from the conference
